  • How do I get started?

    After browsing the Product list to determine which software you are interested in, refer to the IC/Agency Contacts tab in the header to locate your contact. Simply reach out to your contact directly to obtain the software.

  • How do I find OEM support?

    Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) support information is password protected and only available to designated ISDP IC/Agency Contacts. To view OEM support for a specific Vendor, go to the Products section, select any product listed under a Vendor, then click on the OEM Support button at the top right hand corner of the product page.

  • How do I find software downloads?

    The software downloads are password protected and only available to designated ISDP IC/Agency Contacts. Software downloads are organized by Vendor on the main page of the Product section. Click on the product version you wish to download, and then click on the arrow under the Download header.

  • How do I find pricing?

    The pricing information is password protected and is available to designated ISDP IC/Agency Contacts and to all users who have a valid NIH login. To view pricing for a specific product, go to the Products section, select product, and then login to view pricing and GSA savings. To view a complete Price list, click on Complete Pricing List button at the top right hand corner of the Products section main page.

  • How do I logon to the ISDP Website?

    If you are a designated ISDP representative, use your primary NIH account or HHS ID Badge (PIV Card) to access the website. Non-NIH ISDP representatives will be assigned an ISDP account name and password. When you are prompted, please enter your account name and password follows:


    • User Name: account name
    • Password: password
  • What if I forgot or want to change my password?

    ISDP Members should register and use iForgotMyPassword, contact the NIH IT Service Desk by submitting a ticket at http://itservicedesk.nih.gov, or call 301-496-4357 (local), 866-319-4357 (toll-free), 301-496-8294 (TTY).

  • I can't access the site with my account name and password. What do I do?

    There are several reasons why you may not be able to access the website with your account information:

    1. For Non-NIH ISDP representatives, your password may have expired. Please contact the NIH IT Service Desk to reset your password.
    2. You may be able to access some downloads and not others, according to which agreements your agency/institute subscribes. Please check with your ISDP Contact to see which software downloads you should be able to access.

508 Compliance

  • Does ISDP review each product for 508 compliance?

    As part of the process for each new acquisition, ISDP performs a 508 Compliance analysis by either contacting the particular manufacturer directly and/or researching the product's 508 compliance per the vendor's website. While ISDP checks for 508 Compliance, we do not deny an acquisition if a vendor is not compliant when a customer requests a specific purchase.
